3 to 7 year olds

The yoga classes for 3 – 7 year olds are all themed to make them more fun.

These classes are filled with activities, imagination, and fun to promote focus, team work, physical development, neural connections and emotional regulation.

Duration: 30 minutes

8 to 12 year olds

The yoga classes for 8 – 12 year olds are under an hour and are all themed to make them more fun.

 

These classes are more structured, formal and always fun. The classes include more postures, breathing techniques and calming techniques.

 

Duration: 35-45 minutes

13 to 17 year olds

The yoga classes for 13 – 17 year olds are up to 1 hour. These classes follow a more structured curriculum but are still always fun.

 

The classes include postures, breathing techniques, calming techniques, some philosophy, and benefits around the postures and poses.

 

Duration: 45-60 minutes

Adult Vinyasa Flow

The yoga classes are held at Vibrant C Studio in Edgemead

These classes are designed for all levels 

Vinyasa takes you through a sequence of yoga poses. It is a movement class that will light a fire in your belly and strengthen all muscles.

Duration: 60 minutes

Single Class R150. Packages are also available
